The T-Mobile® Direct Connect® app brings push-to-talk (PTT) communications to select Android powered smartphones. With the T-Mobile® Direct Connect® app, users can conveniently engage in push-to-talk communications with T-Mobile® Direct Connect® devices, offering features such as 1-to-1 calling and group calling all accessible through touchscreen controls.

Key Features:

T-Mobile® Direct Connect® on 5G, 4G LTE & Wi-Fi
1-to-1 Direct Connect Calls
Quick Group Calls for up to 10 members
Group Connect Calls for up to 30 members created in the app
Group Connect Calls for up to 250 members created from CAT Tool
Broadcast Calls for up to 500 members

Setting up your device:

Verify that your phone software is up to date by navigating to Settings > System Update > Update Software.
Download the T-Mobile Direct Connect app from Google Play.

Signing up for Service:

Sign in to your account at sprint.com.
Select "Change my services" from the "Manage this device" drop-down menu on the "My account" Tab.
Select T-Mobile Direct Connect under Push-to-Talk add-ons.

Please note that it may take a few hours before you can use T-Mobile Direct Connect. If you require any assistance, dial *2 to reach customer care.
