The T-Mobile® Direct Connect® app brings push-to-talk (PTT) communications to select Android powered smartphones. With the T-Mobile® Direct Connect® app, users can conveniently engage in push-to-talk communications with T-Mobile® Direct Connect® devices, offering features such as 1-to-1 calling and group calling all accessible through touchscreen controls.

 <li>T-Mobile® Direct Connect® on 5G, 4G LTE & Wi-Fi</li>
 <li>1-to-1 Direct Connect Calls</li>
 <li>Quick Group Calls for up to 10 members</li>
 <li>Group Connect Calls for up to 30 members created in the app</li>
 <li>Group Connect Calls for up to 250 members created from CAT Tool</li>
 <li>Broadcast Calls for up to 500 members</li>
</ul>

Setting up your device:
<ol>
 <li>Verify that your phone software is up to date by navigating to Settings &gt; System Update &gt; Update Software.</li>
 <li>Download the T-Mobile Direct Connect app from Google Play.</li>
</ol>

Signing up for Service:
<ol>
 <li>Sign in to your account at sprint.com.</li>
 <li>Select "Change my services" from the "Manage this device" drop-down menu on the "My account" Tab.</li>
 <li>Select T-Mobile Direct Connect under Push-to-Talk add-ons.</li>
</ol>

Please note that it may take a few hours before you can use T-Mobile Direct Connect. If you require any assistance, dial *2 to reach customer care.

 <li>Cat s22 - coming soon</li>
 <li>Galaxy S Series (S8 / S8+ and newer models) including Unlocked models from Samsung.</li>
 <li>Galaxy Note Series (Note 8 and newer models) including Unlocked models from Samsung.</li>
 <li>Galaxy A Series (A10, A20, A32, A50, etc.) including Unlocked models from Samsung.</li>
